Integration Partners has an immediate opening for a Cloud Solutions Architect in the Greater Boston (or remote) area. This is an opportunity to join a high performing team of engineers passionate about Public Cloud and how it can transform our customers’ businesses.
As a Cloud Solutions Architect, the key responsibility will be to drive enterprise infrastructure, applications and analytics to public clouds while supporting the Sales team to develop and earn new business with prospects and existing customers. The position may be remote but our teams work together closely with you playing a crucial role in addressing “buying” questions that will involve the design and implementations of public and hybrid cloud application architecture, as well as cloud-hosted business solutions.
You will get to leverage your creative juices and technical abilities around infrastructure, system and application design using web, mobile, cloud, and open source technologies. Integration Partners is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to work in the Eastern New England region.

This Senior Systems Engineer works as a team, along with an Account Executive, to design and sell network solutions and services to Governments and Enterprises throughout the New England Area. Daily activities include presales engineering, technical enablement, Quote and SOW generation, customer meetings, technical design and sales engagement. The positions reports to the Lexington Sales Engineering Manager.
The successful SE candidate will be an accomplished self starter; will possess strong hands-on technical skills; will have extensive industry experience with Enterprise networks, business models and managed/hosted service offers; will have working knowledge of Juniper, Aruba, HPE, Arista, Palo Alto, and cloud service products, platforms and technologies; will have successful history or experience as a customer facing Systems Engineer and excellent communication, presentation and organization skills. Travel throughout New England should be expected.
Responsibilities include: Pre-sales engineering (design, documenting design, creating a BOM, Statement of work for installation, and, presentation of all to customer), technical training, sales opportunity engagement, Proof-of-Concept (POCs) and lab support activities for demonstrating customer solutions. Foster relationships with Integration Partners customers and become a key technical adviser to them. Ability to differentiate and competitively position Juniper, Avaya, Arista, Palo Alto and Arube/HPE products throughout their product lines. Assist Integration Partners Account Executives with selling solutions to drive revenue for Integration Partners and retire quota for Account Executives.
5+ years practice and working knowledge on routing (BGP/OSPF/etc), Security (FW, IDP, etc), WAN Routing Technologies (MPLS, EVPN, etc), Campus LAN & Branch solutions, 802.11 Wireless technology, including trends and latest state of the art architecture reference models for both cloud and premise based solutions, familiarity with Virtual Machines OS (VMWare ESX and NSX as well as KVM and Open Source), familiarity with cloud based solution and implementation models (especially for AWS, Azure and Google).
